Patty PerShayla is a singer-songwriter from Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is known for her powerful voice, her unapologetic lyrics, and her ukulele renditions of heavy metal songs. She has been described as, "peace, love, and a giant crowbar."
Her latest project, "With a Chainsaw," is a DIY 'spooky folk' album, which is currently in production. Equal parts cute and vicious, this new release will stray from her Americana roots and dabble in acoustic metal, while also incorporating her signature ukulele playing on some tracks.
Patty is a full-time, independent musician, who credits her success to community and collaboration. She has performed at local jam sessions since childhood and has written songs with some of her favorite local bands.
Although Patty regularly performs as a solo acoustic act at house concerts and microbreweries in West Michigan, she is also the frontwoman of the blues rock band, Talk Radio, and loves touring the United States while living out of a camper van with her fiancé and their two dogs.
